From here, the injector or the carburetor supplies fuel to the combustion chamber.

In case of injector-based fuel delivery system, the fuel is passed through an injector, which delivers fuel directly to the combustion chamber. Based on the injector position, the injector-based fuel delivery system segment can be further sub-segmented into throttle body injection and direct injection.
